	Badin High School senior and third basemen Chad McKinney slides into first from a lead off while McNicholas senior Brady Denton jumps for the ball. McKinney was called safe, and Badin went on to win the game at Wright State University's Nischwitz Stadium 9 - 2.
	UAB Blazer running back, Dan Burks, is brought down by Cincinnati Bearcat defenders David Hines, Shamar Abrams, and Jared Sands (top to bottom) in the second half of the game at Nippert Stadium.  The Blazer's had a strong start and kept Cincinnati's offense on the bench for much of first half.  The Bearcats climbed back after half-time, but only managed to come within three points of UAB.  The final score was 30 -27.

	Badin High School senior Erin Golden slide tackles Madeira sophomore Maddie Hartz during the first half of the state semi-final match in Mason. Badin won the game, 2-1, and went on to compete for the state title.
